General terms and conditions
"IMaGE" is a registered
trademark of IMaGE Berlin Konzertveranstaltungs GmbH., Grosse Orangerie im Schloss
Charlottenburg, Spandauer Damm 22 – 24, 14059 Berlin.
The concerts take place every wednesday, thirsday, friday and saturday at 8:30 PM from April
to October at the Orangery Charlottenburg; On selected days, concerts may take place in other, selected rooms
of Charlottenburg Palace. Please note that customers may not claim a specific
concert hall for the concert.
Bookings
Online bookings are made by credit card only. Tickets are not valid until
payment is received in full. By providing the credit
card number as well as the credit card's expiration date, the customer
authorizes IMaGE to charge the credit card with the total amount of the
booking following the booking confirmation even without the holder's original
signature.
Cancellation
The customer may cancel this contract within 7 workdays after receiving the
booking confirmation. This cancellation shall be made per registered mail or by
having the original tickets delivered to IMaGE Berlin Konzertveranstaltungs GmbH., Grosse Orangerie im Schloss
Charlottenburg, Spandauer Damm 22 – 24, 14059 Berlin. Your name and bank account number, banking institution and bank
identification number are required for the retransfer.
Delivery, use
Your concert tickets will be put aside for you at the box office. If you have
purchased a package, may we ask you to pick up all your vouchers at our office
located at the Small Orangery (Kleine Orangerie) ahead of time. Upon request,
IMaGE will ship concert tickets via German registered mail. Delivery expenses
are charged to the customer. IMaGE does not assume liability for any tickets
lost in the mail. Please note that IMaGE cannot assume liability for the
incorrect delivery by third parties, i.e., the postal service or, if applicable,
messenger services. IMaGE shall hence not be responsible for any compensation
claims resulting from the failure to deliver the tickets. Admission tickets may
not be used improperly; they may not be copied or modified. By using the
admission ticket, the user automatically accepts the organizer's general terms
and conditions as well as the house rules at the venue.
Cancellation of events, changes, refunds
If an event is cancelled, original tickets may be mailed in for a refund by
registered mail up to two months following the scheduled date to IMaGE Berlin Konzertveranstaltungs GmbH., Grosse Orangerie im Schloss
Charlottenburg, Spandauer Damm 22 – 24, 14059 Berlin. Your name and bank account number, banking
institution and bank identification number are required for the retransfer. We
reserve the right to minor changes or justified changes regarding the cast and
program. In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling, change in program or cast
no compensation for expenses (e.g. travel, hotel, advance sale fees or shipping
fees) shall be given.
General stipulations
Event law requires all guests to check their coats or jackets in the
cloakroom. The service of the cloakroom is subject to a fee.
In the event of a
fire or other disasters, please follow the instructions given by present staff
members. Please remain calm!
Photography or video recording is not permitted during the concert. Beverages are permitted in the bar
area and the patio only.
Data protection
The customer acknowledges that all electronically provided data will be
processed electronically by IMaGE for the purpose of contract administration.
The customer also agrees to the transfer of this data to affiliated companies
(parent company or subsidiaries) in accordance with the legal provisions and
restrictions of the Data Protection Act 2000. Please note that the customer may
revoke this consent at any time.
House rules, court of jurisdiction, applicable law
By purchasing a ticket, guests accept the house rules of the Orangery Charlottenburg
as displayed in the Orangery. The court of jurisdiction for business
customers and international private customers is the competent court in Berlin;
the court of jurisdiction for national private customers is their locally
competent court. These terms and conditions are governed by German law.
